Front Office Administrator

Welcome to Village Dental! Mine will probably be one of the first smiling faces to greet you when you arrive, and it may be my voice you hear when you call the office. In addition to handling reception, I’ll help you schedule visits, assist with insurance matters, and review your treatment plan. I feel lucky to be part of such a wonderful office, with a doctor and team who feel like family and are committed to making you feel at home while here!

I’ve lived in Kitsap County for most of my life. My husband and I met at the local county fair, back when we were in high school. We now have two grown sons and a new Australian shepherd puppy to keep us busy. When not working, my husband and I enjoy exploring the beautiful PNW in our RV, kayaking and riding bikes.

Hi! I’m excited you’re going to be part of the Village Dental family and look forward to learning about you and your family. We have a great team, and Dr. Maniatis is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He’s also a great dentist. I work in our front office, where I provide administrative support, from scheduling appointments to all things insurance related.

I’m the resident Brit in the office, having moved here in 2013. My husband and I enjoy the great outdoor, spending the weekends hiking and backpacking in the PNW. In the warmer months we enjoy cycling on our recumbent tandem and aim eventually to cycle across the country. We also love to travel the world and enjoy the many different cultures and cuisines, partaking in food tours wherever we visit.

Hi, welcome to Village Dental! I’m looking forward to getting to know you and promise to do all I can to keep you comfortable and smiling during visits. You’ll meet me in the clinic, where I’ll seat and prepare you for your procedure by explaining what will happen. I’ll stay by your side: assisting Dr. Maniatis while supporting you and making sure you’re comfortable and relaxed. I’m glad to answer questions about treatment and home care, too!

My husband and I moved to Poulsbo from Central Washington in 1997. We have a daughter who is studying at GCU and two sons who are in High School. We’re a family that loves to travel, especially to visit friends and relatives.

Welcome to Village Dental! I’m excited you’ll be coming here for your dental care and that I’ll get to meet you. I love my work: I get to become friends with amazing people and help each restore and maintain their healthiest, most beautiful smile. I work in the clinic, where I take X-rays and impressions and fabricate temporary crowns. I also work chairside, to assist Dr. Maniatis with patient care while focusing on you and your comfort.

Outside of work I love going on adventures with my husband, our two young boys and our golden retrievers. Like most PNW residents we love anything outdoors—whether it’s getting out on the trails, exploring new spots, or just enjoying the fresh PNW air. Most of my days revolve around family, lots of laughter and enjoying this season of life with my kids.

Hi, welcome to Village Dental! I’m Sharon, and I’m really looking forward to getting to know you. I feel lucky to be part of such a caring and supportive team, and it’s important to me that you feel comfortable and at ease every time you visit. I bring over 25 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, and I love what I do. My goal is to make your visit as smooth, efficient and pleasant as possible. I’ll be right there to help guide you through your appointment, answer questions and make sure you feel well cared for every step of the way. Like the rest of our team, I believe great dental care should always come with kindness and compassion.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors – especially working in the yard and tending to my vegetable garden. And on those classic rainy PNW days, you’ll usually find me indoors cooking up a storm of my own.

Hygienist

Dr. Maniatis and everyone at Village Dental is excited to partner with you to develop your healthiest smile! Our smiles and oral health affect every part of our lives and it’s important for you to have a healthy, confident smile. As a hygienist, I’ll help you prevent cavities and periodontal disease through cleanings and preventive care. A lot of our time together will be spent talking about what you can do to improve your home dental hygiene care so you can enjoy a lifetime of great smiles.

I’m Pat, one of the hygienists at Village Dental, and I’m looking forward to helping you improve your dental health. We have an amazing team and doctor. We’re united in our goal to support you as you achieve a beautifully healthy smile. I provide thorough, gentle dental cleanings. I’ll also assess your oral health, look for signs of dental disease, and provide a lot of education. It’s important you understand the connection between a healthy mouth and body, and what you can do to ensure both remain strong.

My wife Patty and I have four amazing children who are all grown up now. My interests outside of work lie in music, whether its playing drums or singing with the West Sound Barbershop Chorus. I also enjoy exploring the Olympic Mountains and cooking for the family, I am known to make a killer sweet & sour chicken and Greek pizza.
